These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the cpgto platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By accessing cpgto, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.
The following six areas represent the most critical aspects of your agreement with cpgto. Each is covered in full in the legal clauses below.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open and use a cpgto account. Age verification is mandatory. Accounts opened by ineligible persons will be permanently closed and balances forfeited.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported methods include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Withdrawals are sent exclusively to verified payment methods registered to the account holder.
All bonus offers carry specific wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, game eligibility restrictions, and validity periods. Full terms are published alongside each offer. Bonus abuse — including multi-accounting to claim multiple offers — results in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cpgto will never ask for your password by email or live chat. Any activity conducted under your account is your legal responsibility unless you have previously reported a compromise to our support team.

Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software, arbitrage abuse, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and cpgto ("the Company"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the cpgto platform, you accept these terms unconditionally. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the platform immediately.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
2.1 To register and use a cpgto account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
2.2 The Company reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension pending investigation.
2.3 If you become ineligible at any time after registration — for example, due to a change in your jurisdiction of residence — you are obligated to notify the Company immediately and cease use of the Platform. The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from your continued use in such circumstances.
3.1 Each eligible individual may hold only one registered Account on the cpgto platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and active mobile number. You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 Upon registering, you will be required to complete KYC verification before making your first withdrawal. Required documentation typically includes a valid government-issued national identity card (KTP Nasional), proof of residential address, and verification of the payment method to be used for withdrawals. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.
3.5 The Company reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, subject to the obligation to return any verified real-money balance to the Account holder through a verified payment channel.
KYC documents are reviewed by the cpgto compliance team within 1–24 hours (WIB). You will receive an email notification once your verification is complete. During major Indonesian public holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
4.1 All Account balances are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Company accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Accepted methods may change from time to time; the current list is displayed on the Platform.
4.2 The Company reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within the Account dashboard and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
4.3 All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to the verified payment method on file, at the Company's discretion. The name on the destination account must match the verified name on the cpgto account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
4.4 The Company targets the following processing timelines, which are indicative rather than contractually guaranteed and may be affected by banking system delays, public holidays, and compliance reviews:
4.5 Deposits that cannot be matched to a registered Account or that are submitted through an unsupported payment method will be returned to the originating account. The Company is not liable for any loss of interest or other costs incurred as a result of such returns.
4.6 The Company conducts regular anti-money laundering (AML) checks on Account activity. Where suspicious activity is identified, the Company reserves the right to delay, withhold, o r reject a withdrawal pending further investigation, and to report the matter to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
5.1 The Company may offer various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and free spins. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.
5.2 Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all cpgto promotions:
5.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated software to complete wagering requirements, or coordinating bets with other users to reduce risk while satisfying requirements — is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to void all bonus-related winnings and close the Account of any User found to have engaged in bonus abuse.
5.4 Promotional offers are intended for recreational players. The Company reserves the right to restrict or exclude any User from participating in promotions at its sole discretion, including professional bettors and Users whose playing patterns indicate promotional exploitation.

6.1 All bets placed on the cpgto sportsbook are subject to the specific rules governing each sport and market type. Sports betting rules — covering settlement procedures for postponed, abandoned, or voided events — are published in the Platform's help section and updated as needed.
6.2 For mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, if one or more selections are voided, those legs are removed and the bet is settled on the remaining selections. A single-leg mix parlay resulting from all other legs being voided is settled as a single bet at the remaining selection's odds.
6.3 In-play (live) betting markets are offered subject to data availability. The Company reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time. Bets accepted before a market suspension are valid and will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules unless a clear technical error is demonstrated.
6.4 Casino and slot games are governed by the individual game rules published by the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). The Company is not responsible for errors in game software, but will cooperate with providers to resolve any such issues fairly.
6.5 For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, draw results are sourced from the official draw operators. The Company does not influence draw outcomes. Settlement is final upon confirmation of official results.
6.6 The Company reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, incorrect market configuration, or system malfunctions — regardless of whether the bet was accepted and the user's Account was debited. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the User's Account in full.
6.7 Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per market type. Current limits are displayed on the Platform and may be adjusted at the Company's discretion with reasonable notice.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cpgto platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:
7.2 Where the Company suspects that a User has engaged in any form of prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to withhold withdrawals, freeze the Account balance, and conduct a full internal investigation before making any determination. The User will be notified of the investigation and given a reasonable opportunity to respond.
Match-Fixing Warning: Any User found to have knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation — whether or not they have placed bets on the affected event — is required to report this immediately to cpgto support. Failure to report known integrity violations may itself constitute a breach of these Terms.
8.1 All content on the cpgto platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, icons, audio clips, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
8.3 Trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Platform are registered or unregistered marks of the Company or its partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these marks without prior written consent from the Company.
9.1 The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by cpgto is governed by the Company's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.
9.2 You may review the full Privacy Policy at any time at /privacy-policy. It covers, among other matters, the categories of personal data collected, the purposes for which it is processed, the circumstances under which it may be shared with third parties, and your rights with respect to your personal data.
9.3 The Company may record and monitor all communications between Users and the support team — including live chat transcripts, emails, and telephone calls where applicable — for quality assurance, compliance, and dispute resolution purposes.
10.1 The cpgto platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for:
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits the Company's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. These exclusions apply only to indirect, consequential, and economic losses.
10.4 In any event, the Company's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, the Company will provide reasonable advance notice by email to the registered address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.
11.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance.
11.3 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated and licensed to operate. The Company holds an international gaming license and operates in compliance with the regulatory framework of its licensing jurisdiction.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be referred first to the Company's internal disputes resolution process. The User must submit a formal complaint in writing to the support email address below. The Company will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a full response within 14 business days.
12.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated by the Company's licensing authority. This clause does not limit any statutory consumer rights you may hold under applicable Indonesian law.
